Curated by Professor David Jones & Dr Fiona Salvesen Murrell, The Paxton Style exhibition showcases new research on furniture commissioned by the Home family from Thomas Chippendale the Elder and Younger for Paxton House and Wedderburn Castle. It examines the influences upon the pieces and the legacy they had on further work by the Chippendale firm and beyond.

Open 11-3pm daily. Entry to the exhibition is free of charge. Charges apply for house tours and garden passes.

Entry to exhibition is free of charge. House and Grounds admission: Adult £10, Concession £9, Children 5-16 £4.

Wheelchair accessible via lift. Please notify in advance. Disabled parking, accessible toilets.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
No. 32 'Hutton' Bus from Berwick Upon Tweed operated by Perrymans, departs daily (except Sundays  from outside The Castle Hotel, next to Berwick train station and comes into the car park at Paxton. Mainline rail station at Berwick Upon Tweed. Only three miles from this station to Paxton by car/bus/taxi.

PARKING
Car park in grounds next to house with disabled access spaces and spaces for coaches. Coaches please phone in advance to ensure availability of space.
