See the House at Weston through the eyes of Sir Henry & Lady Bridgeman, and learn about their patronage in the age of Chippendale.

Follow a self-led trail through the rooms of Weston Park and turn back time to the world of Sir Henry and Lady Bridgeman. Learn about their lives to discover the influence that they had on Weston. Discover the collection items ascribed to Thomas Chippendale and to other contemporary makers and artists including Josiah Wedgwood, Matthew Boulton, Gobelins, George Stubbs, John Constable, Sir Joshua Reynolds, James Paine and Lancelot Brown.

 

 

Between 30th March and 28th April, the exhibition is open on the following dates (between 1pm and 5pm):

From 3rd June to 2nd Sept the exhibition is open on Sundays and August Bank Holiday Monday (26/08/18). Opening times in this period are 12pm - 4pm.
