Celebrate Thomas Chippendale's Birthday with a special lecture, tour and Yorkshire afternoon tea at Weston Park, by Curator & Head of Learning Gareth Williams.
Gareth was formerly Curator for Nostell Priory, one of Chippendale’s greatest commissions and the lecture will include this and other noted works. Take a tour of Weston Park focused on the eighteenth century collections and celebrate the master craftsman and artist’s birthday with a special Yorkshire afternoon tea.
Tour of the House will commence at 1.00pm; Chippendale's Workshop lecture in the auditorium at 2.45pm; Yorkshire afternoon tea at 4.00pm. Guests wishing to continue their day at Weston Park can book a special dinner at the Granary Grill at additional cost (£18.00 two course or £21.00 three courses)
